This group package offers a guided series of Talking Circles rooted in Indigenous values, emotional healing, and authentic connection. Each session creates a safe, respectful space for participants to share, reflect, and grow—centered around themes such as trauma recovery, identity, purpose, and manifestation.
Participants will:
• 🌿 Engage in structured dialogue that honors every voice
• 🔥 Explore personal and collective healing through story, silence, and ceremony
• 🧠 Learn tools for emotional regulation, self-awareness, and goal-setting
• 💬 Build trust, resilience, and community through shared experience
Whether delivered in-person or virtually, this package includes:
• A customizable session plan (3–6 circles)
• Opening and closing protocols
• Reflection prompts and journaling tools
• Optional integration with training modules or youth programs
