Kitty holds an Assoicate of General Studies and a Bachelor’s in Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Yavapai College. She plans to attend her MBA and Juris Doctorate Graduate Program for Business Law at Harvard.

Faith Worthy

Executive Assistant

As Executive Assistant at PimaGirl Consulting, Faith Worthy is more than a scheduler or gatekeeper—she is a strategic ally in advancing culturally rooted leadership and community empowerment. Her role supports the CEO and executive team by managing high-level operations with precision, discretion, and heart.

Faith brings a blend of organizational mastery, cultural humility, and proactive problem-solving. They thrive in dynamic environments, anticipate needs before they arise, and hold space for both structure and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the CEO and executive team

• Prepare culturally aligned presentations, reports, and briefing materials

• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including community-based gatherings

• Serve as a liaison between leadership and clients, partners, and collaborators

• Support special projects, including thought leadership, events, and storytelling initiatives

• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the values of respect, reciprocity, and relational accountability

Mariah Worthy

Customer Service Manager

Specializing in Mandarin and ASL services, Mariah Worthy brings heart, precision, and purpose to her role as Customer Service Manager at PimaGirl Consulting. With a deep commitment to community-centered service, Mariah leads with empathy and excellence—ensuring that every client interaction reflects the values of respect, responsiveness, and cultural awareness.

She oversees the client experience with a steady hand and a listening ear, managing communications, resolving concerns, and supporting seamless service delivery. Mariah is known for her ability to turn challenges into opportunities for connection, and for cultivating trust across diverse communities and partnerships.

Her leadership helps ensure that PimaGirl’s mission—to empower Indigenous and small business leaders—is felt in every conversation, every follow-up, and every solution.

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in American Sign Language (ASL), Mariah plays a vital role in expanding PimaGirl’s accessibility and cultural reach. She facilitates inclusive communication across language and ability, ensuring that clients from diverse backgrounds feel seen, heard, and supported.

Beyond her customer service leadership, Mariah contributes her artistic talents to the visual storytelling and branding of PimaGirl’s mission. Whether through design, multimedia, or creative direction, her work adds depth and vibrancy to the firm’s cultural narrative—bridging tradition and innovation with every brushstroke and pixel.

Mariah is a current student at Yavapai College and is completing her Associate of Arts degree in Fall 2025. She plans to attend the University of Oregon to major in Chinese language.
