Well-versed in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in American Sign Language (ASL), Mariah plays a vital role in expanding PimaGirl’s accessibility and cultural reach. She facilitates inclusive communication across language and ability, ensuring that clients from diverse backgrounds feel seen, heard, and supported.

Beyond her customer service leadership, Mariah contributes her artistic talents to the visual storytelling and branding of PimaGirl’s mission. Whether through design, multimedia, or creative direction, her work adds depth and vibrancy to the firm’s cultural narrative—bridging tradition and innovation with every brushstroke and pixel.

As the Youth Coordinator, she serves as a bridge between youth and transformational leadership opportunities. This role supports culturally grounded programming, facilitates breakout sessions, and helps design hands-on activities that blend cultural values with STEM, storytelling, and wellness. With a focus on mentorship, engagement, and capacity building, the Youth Coordinator empowers young voices to lead, learn, and thrive across both traditional and modern landscapes.

In the realm of Hospitality, Mariah has extensive experience in the Hospitality Industry. She has an insight to the values of customer service and standards of excellence, to which she designs her training curriculum to share her knowledge in areas of service, quality, design and marketing.

Mariah is known for her ability to turn challenges into opportunities for connection and for cultivating trust across communities. Her leadership ensures that PimaGirl’s mission—to empower Indigenous and small business leaders—is felt in every conversation, every follow-up, and every creative detail.

Mariah is a current student at Yavapai College and is completing her Associate of Arts degree in Fall 2025. She plans to attend Yavapai College to complete her Bachelor’s in Business, and then attend University of Oregon to major in Mandarin Chinese.
