Customer Experience & Staff Development Specialist

Mariah brings over eight years of hands-on experience in customer service and hospitality, with a focus on staff training, development and customer experience strategy. She works with teams to elevate service standards, strengthen communication and transform challenging interactions into opportunities for long-term customer loyalty.

A dedicated language enthusiast, Mariah has experience in Mandarin Chinese, French, American Sign Language and their cultures. She has contributed to language preservation efforts with Pima Girl Consulting, supporting programs for Native American communities to preserve their cultural practices and language.

As the Youth Coordinator, she serves as a bridge between youth and transformational leadership opportunities. This role supports culturally grounded programming, facilitates breakout sessions, and helps design hands-on activities that blend cultural values with STEM, storytelling, and wellness. With a focus on mentorship, engagement, and capacity building, the Youth Coordinator empowers young voices to lead, learn, and thrive across both traditional and modern landscapes.

Mariah’s background also includes traditional and digital art, along with formal education in digital and social media marketing. She is actively pursuing a business degree at Yavapai College with a concentration in marketing and is expected to graduate in 2026.
